Purpose and Legal Basis

We process your personal data solely for the purpose of evaluating and responding to your B2B inquiry or distributor application, qualifying a potential business relationship, and—where separately approved—managing controlled project-material release. The legal basis is our legitimate business interest in responding to prospective partners and customers and protecting confidential business materials.

Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. Your information may be shared with our manufacturing and quality teams on a need-to-know basis solely for the purpose of addressing your inquiry. Data Retention

We apply the following review and retention schedule:

• Inquiry or distributor application with no substantive follow-up: up to 12 months from submission.
• Qualified or active B2B opportunity: reviewed up to 24 months after the last substantive contact.
• NDA, controlled-document release, contract, dispute, or legal-compliance records: retained only for the period reasonably required for that obligation or matter.

At the end of the applicable period, we delete or anonymise data unless a documented legal, contractual, security, or dispute-related reason requires continued retention. Retention reviews are performed periodically; a stated period does not promise automatic deletion on a particular calendar day.
